Intelligent Workflow Automation

The P3 uses the Automated Creation System™ (ACS™), which includes a dual camera setup (16 MP panoramic and detailed) and LiDAR focus, allowing for automatic recognition, positioning, and focusing of the material — a "place & go" approach without manual setup.

An intelligent conveyor feeder is also available, providing seamless transfer of long workpieces, automatic clamping, and image merging — perfect for the mass production of large items.

For cylindrical objects, the RA3 Rotary is provided with 360° LiDAR scanning and 3D preview, which simplifies rotational engraving, speeds up the start of serial production, and eliminates manual measurements.

The xTool P3 is equipped with a powerful 80W CO₂ laser, and can be further expanded with a 5W IR laser module for metal and plastic engraving, which significantly expands the range of materials that can be processed.

The working area of 915 × 458 mm (36″ × 18″) is more than a square meter, making it ideal for large-format tasks or batch processing.

The maximum laser head movement speed reaches 1200 mm/s (≈ 47.2 ips) with an acceleration of up to 2 g, which significantly reduces task completion time.

The focusing system includes a LiDAR sensor and a motorized AutoLift base, ensuring precise and automatic height adjustment up to 220 mm (8.66″).

An integrated inverter water chiller is used to stabilize power and increase reliability.
